Explore the Japanese market and showcase Dutch innovation at the World Expo
From 30 August to 6 September 2025, Dutch Greenhouse Delta, in collaboration with the Municipality of Westland and the Embassy of the Netherlands in Japan, is organising a greenhouse horticulture mission to the World Expo in Osaka. During this mission, you will connect with strategic partners from the Japanese horticultural sector, visit leading greenhouse operations, and be part of the official programme at the Netherlands Pavilion. A highlight of the week is the CEA Symposium on innovative controlled growing systems, where Dutch knowledge and technology take centre stage.
About the mission
This mission offers Dutch companies, research institutes and governmental organisations in the greenhouse horticulture sector the opportunity to present themselves in Japan. The programme is designed to foster knowledge exchange, matchmaking, and international visibility — with the CEA Symposium on 3 September as its central event. Participants will also visit Japanese companies, join networking events, and experience Expo 2025 from within the Netherlands Pavilion.
