Personal data we process

NXTGEN Hightech processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide us with these details yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

– Information about your activities on our website

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check if a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us at contact@nxtgenhightech.nl, and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

NXTGEN Hightech processes your personal data for the following purposes:

– Sending our online newsletter

On the basis of consent. The customer has signed up for the newsletter and confirmed this registration. If you have signed up for the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. There is an option to unsubscribe at the bottom of every newsletter you receive.

Automated decision-making

NXTGEN Hightech does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example, an employee of NXTGEN Hightech ) in between.

How long we keep personal data

NXTGEN Hightech does not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

NXTGEN Hightech shares your data with third parties only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Accessing, modifying, or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by NXTGEN Hightech and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have in our possession in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transferring of your personal data or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to contact@nxtgenhightech.nl. To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identification with the request. Black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request. NXTGEN Hightech also wants to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. How we secure personal data

NXTGEN Hightech takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
