Collaborating on climate-smart agriculture in Brazil

From 29 September to 3 October 2025, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is organizing an innovation mission to São Paulo, Brazil. The mission focuses on technological and data-driven solutions for climate adaptation in agriculture. For entrepreneurs and researchers in AgTech, this is a unique opportunity to explore international collaborations and gain insights into the Brazilian market.

About the mission

Brazil’s agricultural sector is under pressure due to climate change. At the same time, there is a strong need for technological solutions that contribute to sustainable production, improved yields and a more resilient food system. During the mission, Dutch participants will be connected with relevant Brazilian stakeholders, ranging from government bodies and research institutes to innovative agricultural companies.

Contributing to a strong and connected ecosystem fits NXTGEN Hightech Agrifood

Exploring international opportunities is part of how NXTGEN Hightech Agrifood aims to strengthen its ecosystem. A joint visit offers more than just exposure to a new country and market – it also creates space for valuable new connections between participating companies and organizations. Travelling together often leads to insights and partnerships that wouldn’t emerge as easily alone.
