Present your technology at the world’s leading agricultural technology event

Would you like to showcase your innovation to an international audience of growers, dealers, and OEMs? From 9 to 15 November 2025, the Netherlands will host its own pavilion at Agritechnica in Hannover. RVO and partners invite Dutch high-tech agrifood companies to participate. Joining the pavilion offers you the opportunity to be visible as part of a collective, within a well-designed space that reflects innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. Registration is open until 30 May 2025.

Opportunities

Participating in the Netherlands Pavilion means securing a spot in a shared booth with strong visibility. You’ll have the opportunity to present your solution, welcome visitors, give demos, and take part in networking activities. In addition to individual exposure, you benefit from the collective presence and support.

Why participate

Agritechnica is the world’s leading platform for agricultural mechanisation and attracts over 400,000 visitors. The event offers a unique chance to connect with international customers, partners, and investors. The Dutch delegation is supported by RVO and other organisations, ensuring a professional and well-organised presence.

Who should join

This call is intended for technology companies active in handsfree farming, robotics, sensor technology, precision agriculture, data processing, or related agritech applications.

The Netherlands Pavilion

The pavilion is organised by RVO in collaboration with FME and the Agricultural Attaché Network in Berlin. The focus is on smart farming, precision agriculture, and sustainability. The pavilion will host approximately 10 to 12 companies, collectively representing the Netherlands in a strong and innovative setting.

Participation costs

There are three booth size options:

  • 4 m² for €1,000

  • 12 m² for €3,000

  • 20 m² for €5,000

These fees include booth rental, registration, stand construction, basic furniture, electricity, cleaning, basic catering (for two participants), access to networking events, and inclusion in the mission booklet. Travel, accommodation, and any additional services are not included.
