Systems Engineering Symposium 2026
Following the success of last year's inspiring edition featuring keynote speaker Prof. Edward Lee (UC Berkeley), TU/e is proud to continue buidling a tradition with its annual symposium on the challenges and advancements in system engineering.
This year's event is hosted by the recently established Casimir Institute for Future Chips and High-tech Systems, in close collaboration with NXTGEN Hightech.
While last year's symposium explored complexity as a key driver for systems engineering, this year we shift focus to a pressing question:
How can systems engineering enhance Dutch and European competitiveness in a rapidly changing global economy?
As industries face increasing pressure to innovate and adapt, the demand for skilled systems engineers is growing. This symposium will delve into how we can better educate and empower the next generation of professionals to meet these challenges head-on.
