Synergio (www.synergio.nl) helps organisations in Life Sciences, MedTech and Biotech to make their product development process manageable and scalable. Collaboration within Biomed01: building the infrastructure for success

Within the NXTGEN Hightech Biomed01 project, the One-Stop-Shop, Synergio organises a series of Systems Engineering workshops accessible to all consortium members. These sessions are specifically designed for Life Sciences scale-ups making the step from innovation to controlled growth.

The combination of Portfolio Management, Systems Engineering, Standardisation, Continuous Improvement and Digitalisation enables consortium partners to become scalable both commercially and technically. By working with a single central dataset, in tools such as TopTeam and Targetprocess, teams avoid duplication, inconsistencies and miscommunication. Requirements, designs, tests and change management all remain traceable and up to date.

The ambition of NXTGEN Hightech is to develop the next generation of biomedical technologies. But technology alone is not sufficient: the development process itself must be robust.
